Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PuntWars (the “Service”), operated by PuntWars (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using PuntWars, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PuntWars. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What PuntWars is — and isn’t

PuntWars is a free-to-play sports betting simulation built for entertainment and competition. It is not gambling and involves no real money. Odds shown in the app are sourced from third parties for realism, and outcomes are based on real sporting results, but you only ever stake and win or lose virtual currency.

Virtual currency and items — including coins and bankroll — have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or cashed out for real money or anything of value, and they are licensed to you, not owned by you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Maintain only one account per person, and do not use bots, scripts, or other automation to access the Service.

4. Purchases & virtual items

PuntWars offers optional in-app purchases for virtual items. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store’s policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We may add, change, remove, or re-balance virtual items and the in-game economy at any time.

5. User content

You may share bets, posts, and comments (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the Service. You are responsible for your User Content, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing, or misleading. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs, manipulate competitions, or otherwise cheat;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; or
• circumvent any security or access controls.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User Content and third-party data), is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using PuntWars and delete your account at any time from the app’s Settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Sporting data and odds may contain errors or delays, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because PuntWars involves no real-money wagering, you cannot lose real money by playing.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
