Delete your PuntWars account

Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect straight away.

  1. Tap your profile icon (top right), then the gear to open Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.

If you run any leagues, admin passes to each league’s longest-standing member. A league with no one else in it is cancelled.

Can’t get into the app?

Email support@puntwars.com from the email address on your account (or include your username), with the subject Delete my account. We’ll delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

  • your sign-in, profile (username and display name), bankroll, coins, XP and level;
  • your bets and bet history, achievements, posts, comments and follows;
  • your league memberships, notifications and referral links;
  • analytics data linked to your account.

What we keep, with your name and account removed

  • records of real-money purchases, for tax, accounting and refunds. Apple and Google also keep their own records of purchases made through them;
  • security and audit logs, and any reports made about content.

Before you go

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. Unused coins and bankroll are lost, and signing up again starts from scratch.
